The problem space
Sustainable fashion today, feels restrictive, limited, encourages people to buy less and reduce the size of their wardrobe
Current solutions focus on the consumer’s ability to ‘cut out’ on their splurges. Whether it may be reducing the size of their wardrobe. Or minimalism-focused messaging regarding spending and buying less. It all comes out of a place of shaming the consumer on their choices if they do decide to treat themselves to the joy of shopping.
